Welcome to the Islington Community Iftar 2026! We are back and bigger than ever for our fourth consecutive year. Join us for an evening of delicious food, great company, and meaningful conversations. Let's come together to break our fast during this holy month of Ramadan.

The event will take place on Sun, Mar 08, 2025 from 4 PM at the Islington Assembly Hall. Come and enjoy a traditional Iftar meal with friends and neighbors.

There will be speeches from 5pm onwards from members of the local community, local Labour councillors and faith leaders. Come and learn about the meaning of Ramadan as well as what your local Labour council is doing to enhance the lives of our faith based residents.

Iftar will be served at sunset, which is expected to be approximately 6pm (to be confirmed at a later date).
