This course is aimed at those who need to be able to use the Internet to search for jobs on-line as well gaining knowledge on completing CVs and Application Forms. It is suitable for those who are new to computing or anyone who is a little nervous about using the computer.
No computer experience is required, but you should have a reasonable command of the English language.
The Topics covered include:
General use of a computer
Health and Safety while using the computer
Using the Internet to search for jobs
Using email to apply for jobs
Attaching CVs to an email
CV and Cover Letter layouts
Using USB keys (memory sticks)
Time 1.30pm - 4pm
