Italian Wine Tasting

There is something that makes Italian wine beguiling. Perhaps it’s the treasure trove of local grapes that draws us in, or the diverse regional styles of wine, or maybe it’s the effortless way in which Italian wine pairs up with food and lies at the heart of wonderful sociable feasts.

We'll explore the many indigenous grapes used in Italian winemaking along with its varied terroir; from the breezy coast of the Adriatic to the volcanic soils of Sicily.

You will be sent each of the wines prior to the tasting so you can taste along with us and join in the conversation. Pip will discuss the wines informally with a chance for you to give your thoughts and ask any questions.

It promises to be an entertaining and informative evening for anyone with an interest in the wines of Italy.

Is a ticket just one person?

No. Tickets are per screen/household so invite as many people as you can fit around the screen!

How will I receive my wine?

The wines will be sent in a taster pack which will be dispatched on Tuesday 19th July.

How big are the samples?

You'll receive six 100ml samples, that's enough for two generous tasting glasses (more if you're frugal).
