Description
Spend an indulgent afternoon with our resident Italian cook, Federica Rigoselli. This workshop is a simple and effective introduction to some classic Italian desserts and biscuits. We'll cover the traditional methods and techniques of Italian pastry chefs and grandmas!
We'll be making a classic Tiramisu, and the traditional 'Ciambelline al vino', which you'll have to take home for family and friends to taste!.
