ITIL and Solent’s ITSM Tool - the University’s IT Service Management Tool

Information Technology Infrastructure Library - ITIL is a set of practices for IT service management. It is very important for anyone who will be involved in computer networking and IT to have an understanding of this term. The University is developing a tool to enable more efficient management of it's IT service management processes - ITSM. Alex Affleck will introduce the concepts of ITIL in the context of the new tool that she is involved in developing for Solent.
