Suitable for all parent carers, this workshop will explore how we are all affected physically and from a sensory perspective by the pressures and stresses we face every day. You'll learn some simple tips and techniques to help you, and there will be plenty of opportunity for questions. We'll also be offering a buffet so you can chat with fellow parent carers.
