Industry Training Services is proud to once again host a charity event in support of the Lighthouse Construction Charity, which is dedicated to the emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families.
The Lighthouse Charity provides vital free services, including a 24/7 confidential Helpline, the text HARDHAT service, and a free Self Support App. With no public funding, the charity relies on the generosity of our industry—every penny raised truly makes a difference.
What's New in 2025?
This year, we're expanding the event to include a walk/run option so more people can get involved!
🚴 Cycle Routes:
- 55-Mile Route – A scenic journey through Co. Armagh and Co. Tyrone, passing through Caledon, Benburb, Blackwatertown, and along the beautiful shores of Lough Neagh. Approx. 1,500 ft elevation – mostly flat and suitable for seasoned cyclists.

- 15-Mile Route – A shorter, more accessible route for casual cyclists or families.

👟 Walk/Run Options:
- 5K Walk/Run & 10k Run – Our 5k is a perfect way to get active and show your support, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. But for those who want a bit more of a challenge while still enjoying the community atmosphere, our 10k route is perfect for you

Whether you're a cyclist, runner, walker—or just want to cheer others on—come along and be part of something meaningful. All funds raised go directly to supporting construction workers in crisis.
