It's Chocolate Chip Cookie Night tonight!

This is a popular Chocolate Workshop experience, focussed around soft and goey chocolate chip cookies. Chocolatier Jane Williams is going to be bringing her chocolate expertise to the quest for your perfect chocolate chip cookie, as well as creating unique cookie chocolates!

For one night only, the chocolate studio will be a creative space, dedicated to creating the most amazing chocolate cookies. You will have the chance to test and taste a range of different ingredients to style and bake your perfect chocolate chip cookies, that look and taste amazing. Will you choose 70% dark chocolate chips? Or a mix of milk, white and dark chocolate? Will you create a goey ganache centre? Will you yours be a double, triple or quadruple factor of chocolate? Its a chance to create your ultimate dream cookie

But we will also be creating 'raw cookie dough' chocolate truffles - rolling the soft mixture into balls, and then rolling them in milk or dark chocolate to create your own chocolate masterpieces. These are an absolute highlight of the evening, and a concept that we can't wait to trial and test with you. The softness of our special raw cookie dough recipe, inside a crisp chocolate shell is an exciting prospect. And the creative decoration will be all up to you - you will be making these cookie chocolates look just how you want them.

Tasting and testing are all part of this creative process, and we will be very dedicated in our efforts!
