CIBSE North East is proud to host a special lunchtime seminar in collaboration with Andy’s Man Club – a men’s mental health charity breaking the stigma and encouraging open conversations.
🧠 Mental health remains a critical issue in construction, where silence is too often the norm. This is more than just a seminar – it’s a chance to learn, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. Whether you're joining for personal insight or to support your teams, this session is open to everyone.
⏰In this powerful 30-minute session, we’ll hear from representatives of Andy’s Man Club about their mission, the importance of creating safe spaces for men to talk, and how the engineering and construction industries can better support mental wellbeing.
Discussions will include:
✅ Andy’s Man Club and their mission
✅ The importance of creating safe spaces to talk
✅ Promoting a healthier, more supportive workplace culture
✅ How engineering and construction can better support mental wellbeing
