Ivotion offers a practical combination of a systematic workflow and high-quality materials for the fabrication of functional and aesthetic dentures. The Ivotion workflow is based on the time-proven, Ivoclar B.P.S (Biofunctional Prosthetic System) workflow.

With a systematic concept that involves patient, clinican and dental technician, you can ensure you achieve predictable results and satisfied patients. Material and devices, which allow an economic and stress-free workflow, form the base for the Ivotion system.

During this clinical course, participants will be shown how to manufacture digital dentures by using the Ivotion digital denture workflow. The tutors will demonstrate several applications of the Ivotion digital denture workflow to allow you to quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively create stunning dentures.

Aims: The tutors will demonstrate how the Ivotion digital denture workflow offers the practical combination of a systematic approach, and high-quality materials for the fabrication of functional and aesthetic dentures. Digital dentures are an exciting and fast-moving development within our profession, not only changing how we deliver dentures from a clinical and technical perspective, but also from the patients.

With several key advantages over conventional workflows, the Ivotion digital denture workflow allows not only for the provision of high quality, aesthetic, and functional dentures, but also simplifies the provision of treatments such as duplicate dentures (reference dentures) and greatly simplifies the replacement of lost dentures. Using either 3Shape or Exocad software, the Ivotion workflow offers a wide range of options for the modern-day dental team.

  • Anatomical impressions and preliminary bite registration using the centric tray
  • Functional impressions and intraoral bite registration using the Gnathomete-CAD
