Highlights include the Advisory Forum Day (28 October), focusing on AI, ESG, climate change, quality assurance, and the skills agenda for the next generation; the AGM Gala Dinner (28 October); and the International Valuation Conference (29 October), with participation from senior Indian Government representatives and regional stakeholders.

Real Value Conference - 29 October

On 29 October, the IVSC will support and participate in the Real Value Conference – a full-day event co-hosted by IVSC member organisations AaRVF and RICS. This international conference is a key part of the AGM programme and presents a unique opportunity to connect with leading minds from around the world. Visa Requirements and Invitation Letters

International delegates attending the IVSC AGM 2025 & RVC 3.0 in New Delhi are required to apply for an e-Business Visa via the official Indian visa portal at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html.

Please note that the visa application is the sole responsibility of each participant. A letter of invitation can be provided upon registration. To request this, please indicate your full name as it appears in your passport in the order form when registering for your ticket.

We encourage all overseas participants to begin their visa application process early to avoid any delays.

Accommodation Options

Preferential rates have been arranged for participants at The Lalit Hotel, the official venue for the AGM and RVC, as well as at The Metropolitan Hotel and The Connaught, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions nearby. These arrangements cover the period from 25 to 31 October 2025. Booking links and promotional codes for discounted rates will be shared with registered participants via the ticket confirmation email.
