Our AGM and Well Control Workshop is free for all IWCF members to attend. If you would like to attend but aren’t currently a member, please contact membership@iwcf.org for details on how to become a member.

Please make your own travel and accommodation bookings as this will not be provided by the event organisers.

We have negotiated a special room rate with the venue to offer discounted accommodation to event attendees. This rate is available until 31 July 2023.

Yes, there will be networking opportunities to connect with like-minded industry professionals. We will be hosting an exclusive drinks reception on the evening of 22 November to celebrate IWCF’s 30th anniversary that is free for all members to attend.

There are limited spaces available, so we recommend registering early to secure a spot.

Will IWCF provide visa support for international attendees to travel to the event?

Accepted Answer

Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct visa before travelling to Azerbaijan. To support visa applications where required, IWCF can provide a letter of invitation confirming that will be visiting Azerbaijan to attend the AGM and workshop on the 22-23 November 2023.
