Description

IWFM Midands, invite you to join us for a RIBA Approved CPD event on How We Work: Understanding the Workplace

As part of IWFM's committment to their members, we have come together with Adrian Campbell, Head of Workplace Design form Senator Group to deliver this RIBA Approved CPD event (Royal Institute of British Architechs) which is delivered to architects and interior designers and we now wish to share with the facilities management industry. Giving you a unique insight as to how understanding the workplace can help deliver design that not only looks good, but assists in productivity, wellbeing and creativity.

Our CPD is classed as fitting the following RIBA’s core curriculum subject: Designing and building it: design, construction, technology and engineering.

Title - How We Work: Understanding the Workplace

This seminar will focus on:

- A look at workplace trends, behaviour, and how technology is changing the way we work.

- Essential learning points the Provider wishes to make: Evidence based analysis of workplace behaviour.

Our CPD - How we work - Understanding the Workplace - is based on original Primary research we undertook on a working population of 2,000 Surveying the workplace practice of individuals. We took ONS statistics on population distribution of office workers, which interestingly gives the London a lower weighting that one might expect (16%). We are conscious that there is a great deal of top level workplace analysis which is in danger of being overly theoretical and catering for stereotypes that may not necessarily represent the real practices of the larger proportion of the population. We believe what we have done here is not just new, but also original and hopefully will be interesting to you and your team”

Your speaker for the event will be
