Following super feedback, we are thrilled to be continuing our support for anyone in the IWIRC network who is going through a return to work journey, at whatever stage that might be.Exclusive and totally free to members, the programme provides one-hour coach-facilitated sessions, with a mix of remote and in-person sessions. You do not have to attend all the sessions or any of the previous ones – just come as your diary and energy allow!We work with specialist executive return to work coaches, Kate Adey and Fahrah Gulamhusein, who open up a safe and inviting space throughout the year for you to learn about a topic that affects returners and meet others who are on their return journey from the wider network.
From networking to networthing – making it worthwhile
For a returner, networking may feel like an additional burden you don’t need. In this interactive and in-person session (virtual option available), we will explore the following topics:
- Reframing the traditional concept of networking to networthing – what do you see as worthwhile in professional relationships?
- Considering and articulating what you bring to professional relationships
- Learning how to create genuine connections that work both way and sharing wisdom on how to make networking feel natural and valuable.
