This session is developed for managers, administrators and group leaders delivering any IY Parent Programme. This half day workshop will focus on measuring the impact of IY Parent Programmes and how to use data to improve your service.

The workshop will detail the following:

• How to measure and use data to improve service delivery.
• Information about outcomes measures and tool to use,
• Analysis and reporting findings
• Sharing and Dissemination of findings.

This session will be delivered by Richard Nugent, Senior Researcher at NCB.
