Yes! If you’d like your letter mailed, we’ll put it in another envelope to make sure the wax seal is intact upon arrival, and mail it for you!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes! Let us know your dietary restrictions and we will work with you. We can do gluten free or vegan. We cannot guarantee nut free, as cross contamination could occur.

The Jacobite Afternoon Tea is a one-of-a-kind experience that will transport you to the 18th century. You’ll have the opportunity to hear from costumed interpreters, experience an afternoon tea at Culloden Battlefield, and write a letter to a friend or loved one (or even yourself!), with a quill, parchment, and a wax seal.

What’s included:

A delicious selection of tea or coffee, sandwiches, scones and sweet treats
A presentation from our engagement staff in costume
A letter writing session with all materials included: quill (you can take home), ink and inkpot, parchment, and a wax seal. We’ll also mail your letters for you if you choose!
