This is for Jake's farm only.
If you wish to visit the soft play you must book that as a separate ticket.
IF YOU DO WISH TO VISIT BOTH OUR INDOOR SOFT PLAY AND THE FARM YOU MUST PURCHASE BOTH TICKETS SEPARATELY AND YOU MUST VISIT THE SOFT PLAY BEFORE VISITING THE FARM. ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN OUT IN TH EFARM YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BACK INTO THE SOFT PLAY.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When the government eases guidelines, we will still be operating our timed sessions and will still be running with reduced capacity. Face masks and social distancing will become a personal choice and we ask that all guests respect each others choices.
In order to open safely, we need to limit our numbers.
During the winter months (from 01st November) the farm will be open from 09.30 - 16.00 and will be one, whole day ticket.
From Monday 28th March, the farm will revert to summer opening times and the sessions will be as follows:
Monday - Friday Term Time 09.30 - 18.00
Weekends & School Holidays 09.30 - 13.30 & 14.00 - 18.00
You may arrive at any time throughout your session but late arrivals will not be given extra time at the end of the session.
BEFORE YOU PAY PLEASE CHECK YOUR SELECTED TIME AND DATE CAREFULLY AS NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ARE AVAILABLE ONCE TICKETS ARE PURCHASED.
We ask that customers vacate the premises promptly at the end of the session, so that we can clean everything ready for the next session.
Customer's wishing to stay all day, during Summer months, must book onto both sessions and will also be expected to leave the premises during 1.30pm - 2.00pm, whilst the park is cleaned.
One ticket should be booked for every person attending. Babies under 6 months old do not need a ticket.
MEMBERS must pre-book tickets. There is an option for "Members". You should book for both the child and the adult. You MUST produce your membership card on arrival with your ticket or entry will be refused.
DISABLED guests should book a normal ticket but are permitted to have one free, adult, carer per disabled guest. Proof of disability will be required on arrival with your ticket, or entry will be refused.
GIFT VOUCHER tickets may only be booked if you have a valid gift voucher. This must be shown on arrival or entry may be refused.
CHILD MINDERS may book a free entry ticket Monday - Friday. Proof of childminder status must be shown on arrival or entry may be refused.
We've made some changes so your visit may be different to what you are used to . Please follow any signs and guidance from staff.
Our café facilities will be open with outside dining only. Menu's will be available on site and are also available to view on our website here.
Please bring a pen with you if you would like to do any of our nature hunts / fun sheets during your visit.
Please respect social distancing at all times.
Tickets are for your use only and not for re-sale.
In the event of bad weather, sessions will still run so please bring appropriate clothing. Tickets are non transferable due to bad weather.
