This practical, beginner-friendly session is designed specifically for those working in education who are keen to embed sustainable, hands-on learning into their setting.
Through live demonstrations, you’ll explore the core principles of traditional preservation techniques and learn how to safely make jams, chutneys, pickles and more within a school or educational setting. There’s no need to prepare ingredients – just watch, learn, and be inspired.
What you’ll gain:
