On the Shadows in the Sun Retreat
You will learn how to transform unruly demons into employees and harvest the many gifts within challenges instead of exhausting yourself battling them.
You will learn how to dissolve and heal blocked emotions and the pain of old habits which weigh you down and reframe negative beliefs which hold pain-loops in place.
You will play games and processes, which lighten up rigid notions of appropriateness and uptight limitations of unconscious shame and negativity.
You will laugh your head off and realise how much energy you’ve been wasting wearing masks to satisfy other people whose values you don’t necessarily share.
You will realise how precious each day is and how much more space there is for mischief and playfulness in the world, especially yours.
You will forgive yourself for all the shame and negativity you’ve allowed yourself to carry due to old beliefs from uptight parents, careers and teachers of old.

- Glamping (shared accommodation for 2): 360€ for 4 days (starting 31/08 morning and ending on 03/09 evening). Arrive the night before or stay one night after: 77€ (shared tent) including dinner and breakfast.
- Glamping (single tent): 480€ for 4 days (starting 31/08 morning and ending on 03/09 evening). Arrive the night before or stay one night after: 110€ (shared tent) including dinner and breakfast.
- 2-3 people shared room: 440€ for 4 days (starting 31/08 morning and ending on 03/09 evening). Arrive the night before or stay one night after: 97€ including dinner and breakfast.
- Private cottage: 640€ for 4 days (starting 31/08 morning and ending on 03/09 evening). Arrive the night before or stay one night after: 147€ including dinner and breakfast.
FAQs
Ticket Prices It is my highest vision to ensure that all my workshops and events are 100% inclusive. This idea of anyone missing one of my events for money reasons really bothers me. So although I set a price on the workshops I also offer the option of paying less if the price is out of your range.
I am trusting that folks will meet me in the spirit in which it is offered. I write this now to ask you not to abuse the system in the vein of getting a cheap deal.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, but let us know as soon as possible.
