A Finca Buenvino Cookery experience

Learning about Jamón Iberico de Bellota and Fresh Iberian Pork.

Our four day workshops (in English) are run in the cold months when we can go out and see the Iberian pigs in their natural habitat, living free-range in the beautiful Dehesa landscape. details are below.

Message from Sam and Jeannie:-

Finca Buenvino is our home and B & B, situated in the mountain forest of western Andalusia. We have lived here for 35 years, and our children Jago, Grania and Charlie grew up here.

Now our son Charlie, who has been cooking in London for 6 years has returned to take up the reins with his mother Jeannie. Eldest son Jago works for 5 J's Jamon, and will be taking us on our tasting and seeing tour to the dehesa.



We shall be visiting the world famous 5 J's Jamon cellars.
