January 2026 Kent Fostering and Supported Homes Online Information Event

Have you ever thought about becoming a Foster Carer or Kent Supported Homes Host?

If so, why not attend our online information event to find out more?

The event will include information on:

• What fostering and supported homes are
• The children and young people that need foster care and supported homes
• How to become a foster carer or supported homes host with Kent County Council, including how to apply and what to expect from the training and assessment
• The different types of fostering and supported homes work our carers and hosts undertake
• The pay, career opportunities, rewards and the support we offer

Each event will include a brief presentation, and our foster carers will share their own experiences. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
