Japanese Calligraphy with Nao Fukumoto

Experience the traditional art of Japanese calligraphy using brush and ink on washi paper and finish off with mini hand fan to take home. In this workshop, we will explore the beauty of Shodo through words inspired by Autumn/Winter, a season of renewal and growth.

You'll have the chance to try writing in Hiragana, Kanji, or even a short seasonal poem, while learning fundamental brush techniques and the art of mindful expression.
