Japanese Cooking Class

If you’re curious about Japanese home cooking and want to learn how to prepare two authentic local recipes, this experience is for you.

Misato, a professional photographer and Japanese language teacher who’s passionate about sharing her cultures, will guide you step by step in making Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き) and Shiratama (白玉団子), while sharing fun facts and insights about Japanese home cooking.

The class is open to everyone, no matter your level of experience. Both dishes can be enjoyed by vegetarians as well as those who eat meat or fish. Please note, however, that the dishes are not gluten-free due to possible cross-contamination.
