Savoury highlights include soft-shell crab sliders, delicate tuna tataki, and steamed vegetable gyozas — a harmonious blend of textures and flavours. For the sweet finale, enjoy the likes of pecan pie, panna cotta, caramelised lemon tart and freshly baked scones, accompanied by yuzu curd and clotted cream. Complement your experience with a curated selection of classic and Japanese teas, featuring Hojicha, Matcha, and Chamomile & Vanilla.
