This week's menu:
Main: Ginger teriyaki seitan skewers (soya, wheat, gluten, sesame)
Sides: Sticky miso aubergine (soya, gluten), Japanese potato salad (soya, mustard), Ponzu broccoli (soya, gluten), tamagoyaki eggy fry (soya, gluten, mustard, seaweed), kurumafu age (fried gluten wheel- gluten, soya)
Extras: Short grain white rice with aonoriko (seaweed flakes), Edamame (soy)
Pickles: Sweet yuzu carrots; Plum radish flowers
Dessert: Matcha-Brownie swirls (soya, gluten, cocoa)*

This weeks add on (available on next page):
Miso soup for 2: Lotus root, daikon radish , wakame and red miso. (soya, seaweed)
Ginger teriyaki seitan pieces: about12 pieces /200g (soya, gluten, wheat)
Both are vacuum packed and will stay fresh for another week in the refrigerator.
This week's micro season is "The earth becomes damp" - It's been pretty rainy here, but the daffodils and crocuses coming up is inspiring is reflected in the bento.
Everything is from scratch with passion.

Please do not leave out for more than 4 hours. If not eating the same day, cover rice with cling film or baking paper to prevent from hardening in refrigerator.
