About this event

Join us to take on the role of a 'Jay for the Day' by collecting acorns to grow in our Old Wood tree nursery, and along the way find out what animals live here. This family event, targeted at children aged 4-12 years, will showcase the amazing oaks and other wildlife found at Drum.

There will be two separate ticketed sessions for this event, so please ensure you purchase tickets for your desired session time as detailed below:

Session 1 will run from 10:00am -11:00am

Session 2 will run from 11:30am - 12:30pm

Is this event dog friendly?

We are unable to accommodate dogs as a part of this event.

Is this event suitable for wheels?

As we will be venturing off the path over uneven terrain, this event is not suitable for wheels.

Will this event go ahead in bad weather?

The walk will proceed as planned in wet weather, so please come prepared with waterproofs and wellies. In the event of extreme weather (i.e. high winds or flooding), the event will be cancelled and attendees will be notified.
