About this event

Join us for an unmissable evening with Jay Kristoff as we celebrate the release of Empire of the Dawn. The epic conclusion to Kristoff's bestselling vampire trilogy finds Gabriel and Dior facing one final battle with the Forever King in the frail hope of ending Daysdeath permanently.

Jay will be in conversation with bestselling fantasy author John Gwynne.

Jay Kristoff is the New York Times and internationally bestselling author of The Lotus War, The Illuminae Files, and The Nevernight Chronicles. He is a winner of five Aurealis Awards, nominee for the David Gemmell Morningstar and Legend awards, named multiple times in the Kirkus and Amazon Best Teen Books lists and published in over thirty-five countries, most of which he has never visited. He is as surprised about all of this as you are.

John Gwynne studied and lectured at Brighton University. He's played double bass in a rock 'n' roll band and travelled the USA and Canada. He is married with four children and lives in Eastbourne, where he is part of a Viking re-enactment group. When not writing, he can often be found standing in a shield wall with his three sons about him.

Please note: Book and ticket option includes a copy of Empire of the Dawn (RRP. £22) available for collection on the night.
