Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry.

Question 2

I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?

Accepted Answer

In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts.

Question 3

Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?

Accepted Answer

If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.

Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?

We do not currently have a waiting list at this time.
