Jazz & Pop – Sambal Groove Live at The Lock Tavern
Overview
Sambal Groove is a jazz-pop duo originally from Malaysia, now based in London, blending rich piano textures, lyrical saxophone, and smooth vocal lines into elegant, expressive sets. Pianist Irene, first runner-up at the Malaysian Jazz Piano Festival, leads the project with a refined touch and improvisational spark. With credits at premier venues from Spice of Life to Konjiki, they bring warmth, intimacy, and polish to round out the December series.
