Matt Anderson brings his quartet to Inspire libraries, featuring original tunes influenced by his Yorkshire roots and Scandinavian jazz

About this event

Matt Anderson – saxophonistand Dankworth Prize-winning composer – brings his quartet to Inspire libraries,featuring original tunes influenced by his Yorkshire roots, Scandinavian jazz,and the blues/country strains of Bill Frisell.  

This set sees Anderson’s warm tenor sax fronting the quartet with music from theircritically acclaimed CD ‘Rambling’. 

Line-up: Matt Anderson – Tenor and Soprano Saxophones; Alberto Palau Garcera – Piano; Will Harris – Double-Bass;and Jay Davis – Drums.
