Join JCI Aberdeen for a practical and interactive CV-building session led by Local President Dapo Richards and guest speaker Mark Dalgarno from Motive Offshore. Through live examples, expert insight, and peer feedback, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to write, refine, and elevate your CV for today’s competitive job market.

About the Speakers

Dapo Richards is the 2025 Local President of JCI Aberdeen, passionate about empowering young professionals to realise their potential. With a background in leadership and people development, Dapo brings energy and practical advice to every training session.

Mark Dalgarno is an experienced leader and hiring manager at Motive Offshore, with years of industry insight on what recruiters are looking for. His guidance will help participants better understand employer expectations and common CV pitfalls.
