Dhughald Shepherd is an experienced consultant and former oil & gas professional. After two decades in the industry, he returned to university to reskill and launched his own consultancy, Haarsin Consulting. With deep roots in the North-east of Scotland, Dhughald brings both technical and local insight into the critical role of information in effective decision-making.
