JCI Achieve & Impact Course Training Course
Sat 15 October 2016, 10:00 – 16:30 BST
The JCI Achiever course helps members to understand the purpose of JCI by looking at their own values and comparing these to the values and principles of JCI. This course is useful for both new and established members to fully understand the organisation and to explore the endless opportunities JCI can offer to their members.
This course is organised by JCI Edinburgh in partnership with our newest chamber, JCI Edinburgh West. Free for the members of both organisations.
Please book your ticket here. Don’t forget to check out our Facebook page for other great JCI Edinburgh events.
Do you want to be an active citizen, making a change in your local community, but don't know where to start?
Do you want to improve your city, but not sure where your help is needed the most?
Do you see the problems in your local community, but don't know how to create projects that would help solve them?
Then this JCI Impact course might be just right for you!
JCI Impact is a course aimed for JCI members who want to become active citizens and make long lasting positive changes in their communities. The course discusses the active citizenship concept, covers the analysis of community needs, the establishment of the real causes of problems and discusses the projects a Local Organization can conduct with other partners in order to create long lasting and definite positive changes in the community.
Both of these course are being hosted on the same day from 10 am. For more information, please contact Steven Crawford by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
