After the success of our Summer Meet, we are going again - this time with our Season Closing Meet.
Event open to all Japanese cars - modified or stock - classic or modern - we want to see them all!
This is a purely static event - No antisocial behaviour will be tolerated
Spectators are welcome, however no parking will be available on site.
Tickets are available via Eventbrite on a first come first served basis. There are only 125 display spaces available - dont delay and risk missing out!

Frequently asked questions
The event will run from 9am - 2pm, and your ticket will gain you entry at any time during this period. Please do not arrive before 9am!
Our first event was a huge success, however we were very close to having to stop entry for any more vehicles due to parking availability. The easiest way to manage this moving forward is to make our event ticketed so that we can monitor numbers and ensure everyone gets a parking space.
Venue parking fee is covered in your ticket price for all Japanese vehicles with a display ticket that are parked on site
Yes - well behaved dogs are welcome providing they are kept on a lead at all times
Of course - we love looking at everyone's builds and will be announcing the awards categories closer to the time
Keep your eyes peeled on our socials - we will be offering prime spots up for grabs by way of competition on our socials
As we are a Japanese club, our focus is to get as many Jap cars attending as possible. This means using all of the venue space available. Unfortunately we cannot offer parking for non Japanese cars this time, however tickets are available to purchase for spectators to arrive on foot and park nearby
