One Day. One Track. One Community.

A collaboration in conjunction with the Serverless London User Group, JeffConf is an attempt to move past the word Serverless, and focus on the use of these platforms and the value they provide.

Located a short walk from Old St Tube Station in Hoxton, we're getting together some exciting speakers, diverse vendors and bringing together the London, UK and European Serverless community to bring some real stories and experience of Serverless in the real world.

Serverless is a buzzword that has marmite appeal. For some it points to the future of software development in a post cloud world, and for others it evokes memories of vendor marketeers playing buzzword bingo.

In the spirit of Paul Johnston's blog post, "Serverless is just a name we could have called it Jeff", JeffConf is born. It is a community focused, single track, one day conference, that moves away from the word, and focuses on the reality of Jeff (or Serverless) based solutions. It’s about fostering a community locally, and helping all of us learn from each other as we embrace a new way of building applications.

Diversity Tickets

We are determined to make this conference as diverse as possible. It is a nascent space, and we feel that it could reach a much wider audience, so we're aiming at making 1/3 of tickets available through a diversity scholarship funded by you!

There are limited ordinary tickets on a first come first served basis, and limited diversity tickets as well. In essence the diversity tickets are that you buy your ticket and pay for another person to come for free.

If the ordinary tickets run out, then you'll have to get a diversity ticket to come.

So don't miss out!

T-Shirts

We aren't giving everyone a t-shirt (What? At a tech conference?). T-Shirts are paid for by sponsors usually, and often gets used for decorating (in my house at least). However, if you'd like a t-shirt, maybe to show off how you were an early adopter of serverless in 5 years time, then we'll happily get you one! Please just add one to your order, and we'll be in touch for sizing etc. It's also a good way to keep our costs down and not over-order on t-shirts!
