About this event

Jehst is a prolific English MC, born in Kent in the summer of '79. He spent his childhood in Sussex before moving to Huddersfield, West Yorkshire as a teenager.

Fueled by the bleak reality of the post-industrial North, he re-located to London and made his vinyl debut in 1999 with the highly acclaimed "Premonitions" EP. Jehst launched the self-financed YNR Productions label from his University halls of residence.

With a career spanning over two decades, Jehst has established himself as one of the most influential figures in UK hip-hop. His unique style and thought-provoking lyrics have earned him critical acclaim and a dedicated fan base.

Known for his storytelling abilities and introspective rhymes, Jehst's music reflects on personal experiences and societal issues. His raw honesty combined with catchy beats make for an unforgettable listening experience.
