Dr Jenny Vaughan was a tireless advocate for doctors, patients, and the principles of fairness in healthcare. Awarded an OBE in 2022, she played a pivotal role in supporting doctors convicted of gross negligence manslaughter, championing a "learn not blame" approach to ensure true patient safety.
To honour her legacy, The Doctors’ Association UK (DAUK) invites you to this inaugural day-long conference, where we will explore the issues Jenny was most passionate about—justice for doctors, systemic NHS challenges, and the future of patient safety.
