As New Year's resolutions are being made left, right and centre - it's easy to be taken in by the latest weight loss fad. Everyone wants a quick fix solution, especially after indulging a little too much over the festive period, but are these health trends worth their salt?
Jersey Finance is delighted to invite you to a Future Connect event, entitled ‘Your Health is your Wealth’, on Thursday 6 February at the Pomme d’Or Hotel.
At the event, local Sports and Exercise Nutritionist, Kit Chamier will be busting a few myths about dieting trends and discussing the importance of nutrition and the affects it can have on your day to day life and mental wellbeing.
