Your child can run/walk/hop/skip/jump this event as long as the route is covered.
There is a smaller, 1 lap ½ mile event first for younger children and those with pushchairs, followed by a 2 lap, 1 mile course for older children and those wishing to race. The route is on grass and your children will be visible throughout, the course takes place over a field which will also be marked out with Marshals. Indicators will show the course route and finish line.
It is not necessarily a race, it is a fun run for children of all ages to take part in. We do appreciate that some children do like to race which is why we ask those children wishing to race to start at the front. They will be followed by those children that are not so competitive, those that are choosing to skip, jump, hop, even walk backwards.. and those wanting to walk with their parents.
We encourage you to book in advance as we can only allow a set number of entrants and each year the numbers of children entering increases.
All registrants must sign in at the registration tent upon arrival, which opens from midday to 1pm. This is where you will be provided with an entry number for each child and an information leaflet. There will be plenty to keep your children amused throughout the afternoon such as a bouncy castle, stalls, games, sweets, entertainment and a local play park, not forgetting food and refreshment stalls
Parking is available at Wolverton Mill Industrial estate, which will be indicated by signs on the day. Please do not park at Wolverton Leisure Centre as their parking is restricted to members of their centre only.
Raffle tickets will be on sale at £1 each. These are exclusive tickets sold on the day only to those attending the event.

There will be an incentive gift for all children raising over £50 and an individual prize for the child raising the most. In order to announce the amount raised on the day we would ask that you advise us how much you have raised with the registration team. The total will be calculated and the winner will be told after the raffle has been drawn. The prizes will not be handed out until the sponsorship money is received which we ask to be received by 30th June 2017.
