Description

The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme is Japanese government scheme, which aims to promote international relations and improve foreign language education at a grass-roots level. Now in its 30th year, the JET Programme has placed over 10,000 graduates from the UK in towns, cities and villages throughout Japan.

The Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation is a UK charity which supports UK-Japan links through its grant-giving activities and by awarding scholarships to young British graduates to study Japan and its language. http://www.dajf.org.uk
