Jewellery & Silversmithing Workshop: Silver Bangle Workshop

At this workshop you will be shown how to make sterling silver bangles – the choice of texture and thickness is yours! During the morning you should be able to make 2 or maybe 3 bangles, depending on your choice of designs.
You will be shown all the skills you will need to make and size your bangles, including hand-sawing, filing, texturing and soldering. I will be on hand to closely guide and supervise at all stages of the process.
Please arrive at Banks Mill Studios at 9.45 am and buzz my studio (Studio 2.8) and I will come down and meet you in the foyer before going up to my studio. It is advisable to wear old clothes, and for health and safety no open toe shoes and long hair to be tied back. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be provided
The price does not include the cost of materials. All the sterling silver required to make your jewellery can be bought on the day, Approximately £10 of sterling silver will make one average sized bangle, depending on the designs you choose.
It is metered on-street car parking on the streets around Banks Mill Studios.
