The night sky is full of amazing things to see! Some you can spot with just your eyes, and for others you need a telescope.
An astronomer from Kielder Observatory will be joining us online to share their personal 'jewels of the universe' using pictures, explaining the science behind each object. We'll also go on a tour of the UK night sky using digital simulation software.
This event is free for all to attend.
Timings - The event will run from 5pm - 6pm, in a room of your choice at home.
Join Online - We will email you a link in advance to join on Zoom.
All information about the event will come from the Rays of Sunshine Wish Events email address. Please do not message us on Eventbrite as we cannot guarantee your question will be answered. Do not try to join the event via Eventbrite.
Equipement - You will not need anything in order to take part. We will send anything you might need in the post before the event, so you can simply join in on the day. Please be sure to put the correct address on the booking page, so we send your box to the right house!
Photos - We will be taking a recording of the event which might be used on our social media platforms and website. By attending this event, you are agreeing for Rays of Sunshine to use any recordings taken during the event to help promote the charity's work.
