About this Event

The course takes place on Zoom, across two half-days. By registering you commit to attending both sessions. The Zoom link itself is not sent out until 24 hours before the training starts.

  • Thursday 26 Nov 10am - 1.30pm Session One will include an overview of the Islamic faith, with a focus on the aspects which help to understand how mental health challenges are conceptualised within the faith.
  • Friday 27 Nov 10am - 1.30pm Session Two will introduce beliefs around Jinn, evil eye and black magic - and how these beliefs can impact both physical and mental well being.
