Stewart Cotterill is Professor of the Psychology of Human Performance at University of Health Sciences and will be exploring the mental strategies that can enhance performance and the secrets to thriving under pressure. And let's face it, with the current economic and political landscape businesses need to be more resilient than ever.
This event is designed for anyone with an interest in performance; whether that be at in business, in sport, or in your personal life. Stewart has worked in the field of sport and performance psychology for 25 years. He will discuss the similarities in how the brain operates across different performance environments and insights into optimal performance.
