This is a group for complete beginners, starting out with simple mobility and short jogging for everyone. The progressions will allow the body to adapt and help all joggers to improve and manage longer jogs as the weeks progress.

The sessions will be led by UK Athletics qualified coaches, who will be able to assist you in developing your jogging.
