About this event

John Sutton Nettlefold commissioned Winterbourne for his family in 1903. He is known chiefly for his pioneering work as a town-planner and housing reformer, and the Moor Pool Estate in Harborne remains as his legacy. But what do we know about him as a personality? Henrietta Lockhart (Collections Officer at Winterbourne House, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston) has been delving into Winterbourne’s archives and object collections to discover more about this passionate, but self-effacing man.

This seminar will be delivered online via Zoom, meeting details will be sent by email a few days and hours before the event.
