Join Red and our team of experts as we show you how to find inner peace...through houseplants. Calming, ambient and beautiful, it makes sense to harness the powers of houseplants to reach new levels of mindfulness, and at our Plant Vitality event we will show you how. As well as creating houseplant zen, we also want to champion current design trends and show you how you can easily replicate and reinvent design in your home.
So join us to take part in three workshops and leave with a Spring in your step and peace in your mind.
Meditation Workshop with Emma Mills
Wellbeing consultant and meditation expert Emma Mills' workshop will be a light hearted and uplifting session. You will follow a relaxing meditation which uses plants and natural world theming throughout the guided visualisation, exploring a 'five sense' mindfulness meditation. Learn to focus on a houseplant, a natural and calming way to meditate.
Class duration: 40 minutes
Hanging Planter Workshop with Sally Cullen
With the current trend for 1970s-style houseplants, it's no surprise the hanging basket is back. Stylist Sally Cullen will teach you how to make a hanging planter like this, above. It'll be an exercise in mindfulness, involving yourself in a craft which will not only help you to relax but also be something you can take home.

Instagram and Photography Workshop with Hannah Argyle
Family and social media photographer Hannah Argyle will show you how to arrange a still life photograph, from finding the best natural light, composing the shot, and right through to editing your image. Photography is a great way to slow down, take a little time and learn to appreciate the small things around us, and all you need is your mobile phone and an eye for beauty.
