You are invited to join us at our Interprofessional Careers Event with a range of employers from different sectors including private, NHS Trusts, Social Care, charity and voluntary organisations to explore graduate career opportunities.

There are also a series of bite size talks covering a number of subjects to help you with applications & interview, prepare yourself for life post-uni and a whole lot more!

Talk C- 11.30-11.50am & 15.00-15.20pm- Business Start Up- How to make your vision a working reality- UoP Start Up Team.

Talk D-12pm-12.20pm & 15.35pm-15.55pm- Artificial Intelligence- Speaker TBC.

Talk 2- 10.55am-11.15am- Careers in the Armed Forces- Experience of careers in the Armed Services (Navy Focus).

Talk 3-11.30am-11.50am- What I Would Tell My Newly Qualified Self- Alumni Graduates from Dental, Nursing and other professions reflecting on their working experience after their first year in practice.

Talk 4- 12.00pm-12.20pm- Working in the Primary Care Sector- Opportunities within the primary care environment for Nursing, GP, Dental, Physio & Paramedics. NHSE

Talk 5- 13.50pm-14.10pm- Testimonies of successful start ups- Hearing first hand from two Portsmouth Graduates who have successfully set up their own private businesses- Physio South Coast Rx, Kimberly Armstrong- Dental.

Talk 7- 15.00pm-15.20pm- Building Brighter Healthcare Futures: Explore Career Pathways and Opportunities with Colgate. Laura McClune.

Talk 8- 15.35pm-15.55pm- Opportunities within the private sector- Discussion about opportunities to within the private sector- Bupa, Spire, Nuffield

IMPORTANT

Due to limited capacity in both the careers fayre hall and the seminar rooms for the bite-sized talks, please only book either the AM or PM tickets to ensure that everyone has the ability to attend at their preferred time. IF you blanket book tickets for all AM & PM talks we will ask you to choose one or other to allow other students an opportunity to attend.
