How do I raise Access & Inclusion queries?

We want our events to be inclusive. We will endeavour to meet as many reasonable access requests as possible, as attendees all have different needs. To discuss inclusion and/or access matters, please contact Nick Perkins, UCEM Public Affairs Manager as soon as possible at n.perkins@ucem.ac.uk

Is the event venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

The venue has step-free access, accessible toilet facilities and a hearing induction loop. There are five 'blue badge' street spaces nearby.  If you have any specific queries about the venue or its accessibility then please contact Nick Perkins, UCEM Public Affairs Manager on n.perkins@ucem.ac.uk

How can I travel to the venue?

Euston, King's Cross St. Pancras and Russell Square are the nearest underground stations. The nearest bus routes are 59, 68, 91 and 168. The venue can store folding bikes. There are five 'blue badge' street spaces immediately outside the venue (three on Tavistock Square and two on Endsleigh Street)

Will refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, lunch and/or complimentary non-alcoholic light refreshments will be available during lunch, break and networking sessions. When reserving your place at the event you will have the opportunity to inform us of any dietary requirements, which the venue will endeavour to accommodate.

Will there be a dress code?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no specific dress code, so we would encourage attendees to wear whatever they feel comfortable in.
