Out of pocket expenses can be reclaimed on the day.

There is parking outside West Suffolk House and although the parking is free, a ticket is still needed for your car and it is limited to 90 minutes only. It does get checked and fines do get issued. There are two main alternative options for parking:

Olding Road Car Park (see map at bottom of this information)

Parking here is free. There is a barrier with a button you will need to press and say you are here for a meeting with the ICB. Once in the car park, it is a few minutes’ walk to West Suffolk House. (There are some steps so if this is an issue for anyone due to being a blue badge holder or other, please email victoria.marsh@westsuffolkccg.nhs.uk so arrangements for a designated parking spot at the front of West Suffolk House can be made.)Once parked, make your way to the Main Reception entrance to be taken up to the first floor where the Conference Room is.

Bury Leisure Centre

This is an alternative option for parking, which is a bit nearer but there is a charge. There is public parking behind/opposite the leisure centre (depending on the way you are looking at the building). This link provides more information – Bury leisure centre car park (westsuffolk.gov.uk) You can park for up to 3 hours with a charge of £2.50. It is then a short walk across the road to West Suffolk House.
